Parish Council Meeting, Monday 5th October 2026, 7.30pm St. Mary’s Church Hall
The agenda and papers are published about 5 days before the meeting
The Cloughton Parish Council web site is a way of letting more people know about the Parish Council, what it does and what is discussed at Parish Council meetings.
This site includes Minutes of meetings (from 1.4.00), the Agenda for the next meeting of the Parish Council, details of planning applications, notices and other things related to the Parish Council and village.
The Parish Council has seven Councillors and looks after the interests of the parish and its inhabitants. Everyone is welcome to attend Parish Council meetings, and there is always a chance for members of the public to ask questions or raise matters of concern. If you can’t get to a meeting, speak to any of the Councillors, or the Clerk, who can raise the issue on your behalf.
The Parish Council meets on the first Monday of the month – if that day is a Bank Holiday, the meeting is usually the following Monday.
The website is maintained by the Clerk to the Parish Council.
If you have any suggestions for ways in which the site could be improved, things you would like to see on the site, or you have a question about the parish council, then please email the Clerk, Mrs J. Marley
